This is how you can ask for referrals on LinkedIn

1. Step 1: Go to the search space and search for your dream company.

2. Step 2: Move to the people tab, here you will find all the employees, you can also find your college alumni on this tab

3. Step 3: Connect with them (if you haven't done already!)

4. Step 4: Look up the openings, send your resume with the job id, and ask them to refer you
